Bookwyrm is a parasitic creature who slips inside a book and lives by secretly sucking blood and mana from a nearby reader. Being a magical creature, They are most often targets spell caster’s spellbook and grimoires. Bookwyrm is considered a dangerous parasite by magic users and collectors because, given a favorable condition and abundance of mana around it, it can grow and reproduce at a rapid pace. When bookwyrm slip into a spellbook, it will eat and replace certain pages with its wings, it can even copy the content of those pages on them. If it has any spell written on its wings, it can cast those spells as its last defensive act because more often than not, the action will kill the bookwyrm.
